Feel free to continue, but walk with caution.

30 hours per week is at the lower end of what successful agents commit, especially in the first 90 days. You can absolutely build this on 30 hours if you're efficient and protect the time, but most agents who hit $100k their first year were closer to 40+. Continue if you understand that ramp may take longer at this pace.

Within your first month, you'll likely invest somewhere between $500 and $2,000 on licensing fees, state license, lead investments, and other startup costs. You can absolutely build this with zero savings to start, but remember: this is a business, not a job. You have business expenses, and this will not be easy with absolutely zero income. Have an understanding of this requirement before moving forward.

The agents who scale fastest in our system are the ones who follow the script and the daily method for 90 days before adapting. "Own way" rarely wins in the first 90 days because you haven't seen enough reps yet to know what works. You're welcome to continue, but coachability is one of the strongest predictors of who makes it past their first 6 months here.
